Giriş yaparken sizden gelenler

Adınız ve e-posta adresiniz — Google ile Giriş'ten alınır. Hesabınızı böyle tanıyoruz. Google şifrenizi almıyoruz; Gmail, Drive, Kişiler ya da başka bir Google hizmetine erişim talep etmiyoruz.

Dükkânınızı bağlarken sizden gelenler

Dükkânınızın yetkilendirmesi — Etsy şifrenizi veya size ait herhangi bir Etsy API kimlik bilgisini istemiyoruz ve asla almıyoruz. Listing Helper'a Etsy'nin yetkilendirme sayfasında onay veriyorsunuz ve Etsy bize aşağıdaki izinlerle sınırlı bir token veriyor.
Dükkân adınız ve listelediğiniz ürün tipi (dijital indirme ya da fiziksel/print-on-demand).
Bir Etsy access token'ı ve refresh token'ı — Etsy'nin kendi yetkilendirme sayfasında bağlantıyı onayladıktan sonra Etsy tarafından bize verilir; dükkân kimliğinizle birlikte saklanır.

Uygulamayı kullanırken sizden gelenler

Tasarım klasörünüzün Google Drive linki ve o klasörün içeriği (PNG, JPG, JPEG veya WEBP görseller). Klasörü siz bize Düzenleyen olarak paylaşırsınız; yeni tasarımları oradan kopyalarız ve klasörünüzün içinde iki alt klasör kullanırız: sıradaki tasarımlar Queue, Etsy'de yayına girenler Listed klasöründe durur.
Ayarlarınız — günde kaç listeleme istediğiniz ve uygulamanın o an başlatılmış mı durdurulmuş mu olduğu gibi.

Uygulama çalışırken kendisinin ürettikleri

Görüntü parmak izleri — her tasarımın kısa bir matematiksel özeti; aynı tasarımın iki kez listelenmemesi için saklanır. Bu özet geri çevrilip görsel hâline getirilemez.
Çalışma kayıtları — son çalışmanın zaman damgaları, bekleyen tasarım sayısı, başarı/başarısızlık durumu ve oluşturulan listelemelerin kimlikleri.
Teknik loglar — sorunları teşhis etmek için tutulan olağan sunucu logları (istek zamanı, uç nokta, hata mesajları). Kimlik bilgileri ve token'lar loglara asla yazılmaz.

Google Drive erişimi

Tasarımlarınız kendi Google Drive'ınızda kalır. Bize erişimi Google hesabınızla giriş yaparak değil, tek bir klasörü paylaşarak verirsiniz: klasörün paylaşım ayarlarına servis hesabımızın adresini Düzenleyen olarak eklersiniz. Bunun anlamı:

Erişimimiz yalnızca o klasörle sınırlıdır. Drive'ınızın geri kalanını —diğer klasörler, belgeler, fotoğraflar— göremeyiz ve arayamayız.
Klasörünüzde yaptığımız tek değişiklik düzenlemedir: klasörünüzün içinde Queue ve Listed adlı iki alt klasör açar, tasarımlarınızı bu ikisi arasında taşırız — sıradakiler Queue'da, Etsy'de başarıyla yayınlananlar Listed'de. Böylece hangi tasarımın yüklendiğini kendi Drive'ınızda görürsünüz. Hiçbir dosya silinmez, yeniden adlandırılmaz veya içeriği değiştirilmez; dosyanın sahibi siz kalırsınız. (Bir istisna: daha önce bizim açtığımız Listelenenler klasörünün adını Listed olarak değiştiriyoruz — bu bizim oluşturduğumuz klasördür, sizin dosyanız değil.)
Erişimi istediğiniz an, bize sormadan kesebilirsiniz: Drive'da klasörün paylaşım ayarlarından adresimizi çıkarmanız yeterlidir.
Hangi dosyaları aldığımızı kendi tarafımızda tutarız (dosya kimliklerinden oluşan bir liste); aynı tasarımı ikinci kez almamak içindir.

Asla toplamadıklarımız

Etsy şifreniz veya Google şifreniz.
Google Drive'ınızın bize paylaştığınız klasör dışındaki hiçbir parçası.
Alıcılarınızın kimliği: adları, teslimat adresleri, mesajları veya değerlendirmeleri. Satış kayıtlarına erişimimiz var ancak bu alanları almayız.
Ödeme kartı bilgileri, banka bilgileri veya Etsy ödeme hesabı bakiyeniz.
Uygulamaya yetki vermemiş bir dükkâna ait herhangi bir veri.

3. Etsy verisi ve izinler

Dükkânınızı bağladığınızda Etsy size istenen izinleri tam olarak gösterir. Şunları istiyoruz, fazlasını değil:

`transactions_r`	Hangi listelemenizin sattığını görmek. Etiket ve başlık önerilerimizi tahmine değil sizin dükkânınızın gerçek sonuçlarına göre ayarlıyoruz. Bu izin sipariş kayıtlarını da içerir; biz yalnızca hangi listeleme, ne zaman, kaç adet ve hangi fiyattan bilgisini alırız. Alıcı adı, adresi ve mesajı okunmaz ve saklanmaz.

Uygulamanın Etsy'ye yaptığı her istek sizin token'ınızı taşır, dolayısıyla yalnızca sizin dükkânınıza ulaşır. Token'lar satıcı başına ayrı saklanır ve hesaplar arasında asla kullanılmaz. Uygulamanın listelemelerinizi kurmak için ihtiyaç duyduğu asgari veriyi isteriz, ötesini değil.

Rolümüz. Etsy API'si üzerinden eriştiğimiz, Etsy üyelerine ilişkin her türlü kişisel bilgi bakımından size, yani satıcıya hizmet sağlayıcı sıfatıyla hareket ederiz. Bu veriyi yalnızca bu belgelerde ve Kullanım Koşulları'nda tarif edilen hizmeti sunmak için, sizin talimatınız doğrultusunda ve kendimize ait hiçbir amaçla olmaksızın işleriz. Etsy içeriğini hizmeti sunmak için makul olarak gerekli olandan uzun süre saklamayız; analitik, lisanslama ya da herhangi bir makine öğrenmesi veya yapay zekâ modelini eğitmek için kullanmayız.

Etsy verisi üçüncü taraflara gitmez. Etsy API'sinden alınan veri yalnızca listelemelerinizi kurmak için kullanılır ve hiçbir dış hizmete gönderilmez. Harici bir sağlayıcıya giden tek içerik, sizin yüklediğiniz tasarım dosyasıdır — bir sonraki bölüme bakın.

4. Bunları nasıl kullanıyoruz

Sizi giriş yaptırmak ve başkasının değil yalnızca kendi panelinizi göstermek için.
Etsy dükkânınıza bağlanmak ve token'ı yenileyerek bu bağlantıyı geçerli tutmak için.
Yüklediğiniz her tasarımdan bir listeleme hazırlamak — önerilen başlık, önerilen etiketler, görseller ve varsa indirme dosyaları — ve bunu seçtiğiniz günlük hızda dükkânınıza eklemek için.
Aynı tasarımın iki kez listelenmesini önlemek için.

Verinizi reklam için kullanmıyoruz, satmıyoruz, diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşmıyoruz ve tasarım dosyalarınızı hiçbir modeli eğitmek için kullanmıyoruz.

Böyle bir kavramın size uygulandığı hâllerde hukuki dayanağımız, sizinle olan sözleşmemizin ifasıdır (istediğiniz hizmeti çalıştırmak) ve hizmeti güvenli ve güvenilir tutmaktaki meşru menfaatimizdir.

5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için az sayıda sağlayıcı kullanıyoruz. Bunlar veriyi yalnızca bizim talimatımızla işler.

Google (görüntü analizi API'si)	Başlık ve etiket önerebilmek için tasarım görselinin küçültülmüş bir kopyası Google'ın görüntü analizi API'sine gönderilir; API görselin ne gösterdiğine dair metinsel bir tanım döner. Yanında hiçbir hesap bilgisi, token veya kişisel veri gönderilmez. Google, ücretli API'sine gönderilen verinin modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmadığını beyan etmektedir.
Google Analytics Amerika Birleşik Devletleri	Site ziyaret ölçümü: IP adresi, cihaz/tarayıcı bilgisi ve gezilen sayfalar. Hesabınıza ait hiçbir bilgi (ad, e-posta, dükkân, tasarım) gönderilmez. Ayrıntı: aşağıdaki 9. bölüm.
Etsy, Inc.	Listelemeler, görseller ve dosyalar, dükkânınızda görünmeleri için resmî Etsy Open API v3 üzerinden Etsy'ye gönderilir. Bu veriye bundan sonra Etsy'nin kendi gizlilik politikası uygulanır.

Altyapımız Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde olduğu için sağladığınız veri oraya aktarılır ve orada işlenir. Hukuken zorunlu olduğumuz hâllerde veriyi açıklayabiliriz.

6. Nerede saklanıyor ve nasıl korunuyor

Tarayıcınız, sunucularımız ve Etsy arasındaki bütün trafik HTTPS kullanır.
Tasarım dosyaları ve ayarlar, sunucu tarafı şifrelemesi açık bulut nesne depolamasında saklanır.
Etsy token'ları, Etsy onları verir vermez şifreli sunucu tarafı depolamaya yazılır. Tarayıcınıza asla geri dönmezler ve loglara asla yazılmazlar.
Sunucu, hangi hesap olduğunuzu sayfanın gönderdiği hiçbir şeyden değil, doğrulanmış giriş token'ınızdan belirler; dolayısıyla bir hesap başka bir hesabın verisini isteyemez.
Her listeleme çalışması, yalnızca sizin verinizi yükleyen ve çalışma bitince yok edilen kısa ömürlü, yalıtılmış bir kutuda gerçekleşir.
Canlı sistemlere erişim yalnızca işletmeciyle sınırlıdır.

Hiçbir sistemin kusursuz güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez. Bir ihlal verinizi etkilerse, gecikme olmaksızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden size bildiririz; Etsy API'si üzerinden erişilen Etsy üye verisi etkilendiyse ya da etkilenmiş olabilirse, Etsy'nin API Kullanım Koşulları'nın gerektirdiği üzere durumu fark etmemizden itibaren 24 saat içinde Etsy'ye de (dpo@etsy.com) bildiririz.

7. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Görüntü parmak izleri	Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur; mükerrer listelemeyi önleyen şey onlardır.
Hesap ve ayarlar	Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur; silme talebinden itibaren 30 gün içinde silinir.
Teknik loglar	Sorun gidermek için kısa bir süre saklanır, sonra otomatik olarak devreden çıkarılır.

8. Haklarınız ve verinizi nasıl sildireceğiniz

İstediğiniz an şunları yapabilirsiniz:

Uygulamayı durdurun — panelde Durdur'a basın. Sonrasında hiçbir şey yayınlanmaz.
Etsy erişimimizi geri alın — etsy.com/your/account/apps adresine gidip Listing Helper'ı kaldırın. Token'ımız anında çalışmaz olur.
Bir kopyasını isteyin — hakkınızda tuttuğumuz kişisel verilerin.
Düzeltme isteyin — hatalı olan her şeyin.
Silinmesini isteyin — hesabınızın, tasarım dosyalarınızın, token'larınızın ve kayıtlarınızın. Kayıtlı adresinizden karatasasimharun@gmail.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve bittiğinde teyit ederiz.
İtiraz edin veya şikâyette bulunun — veri koruma otoritesi bulunan bir bölgedeyseniz oraya şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Önce bizimle çözmeye çalışmanızdan memnun oluruz.

9. Çerezler ve ölçüm

Uygulamanın kendisi, Google Firebase Authentication aracılığıyla tarayıcınızda bir oturum saklar; bu, sizi giriş yapmış tutmak için kesinlikle gereklidir ve çıkış yaptığınızda temizlenir. Dil tercihiniz (TR/EN) tarayıcınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve bize gönderilmez.

Bu sitede ayrıca Google Analytics 4 kullanıyoruz. Amacı yalnızca kaç kişinin siteye geldiğini, hangi kanaldan geldiğini ve kayıt olup olmadığını görmek. Google Analytics tarayıcınıza bir çerez yazar; IP adresinizi, cihaz ve tarayıcı bilginizi ve gezdiğiniz sayfaları Google'a gönderir. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, Etsy dükkânınızı veya tasarımlarınızı Google Analytics'e göndermiyoruz. Reklam verdiğimiz dönemlerde bu ölçümü Google Ads hesabımıza bağlıyoruz; tek amacı hangi reklamın kayıt getirdiğini görmek. Ölçümü tarayıcınızın izleme engelleme ayarından ya da Google'ın devre dışı bırakma eklentisinden kapatabilirsiniz; kapatmanız uygulamanın çalışmasını etkilemez.

10. Çocuklar

Listing Helper, Etsy satıcıları için bir araçtır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında ya da yaşadığınız yerdeki reşitlik yaşında olmalısınız. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamıyoruz.

11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Veriyi ele alış biçimimizi değiştirirsek bu sayfayı güncelleriz ve yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştiririz. Değişiklik önemliyse, yürürlüğe girmeden önce kayıtlı kullanıcılara e-posta göndeririz.

The short version. Listing Helper stores your sign-in email, the Etsy token you authorize, the design files taken from the Drive folder you share, and a small amount of operational data needed to run your listings. It cannot see any part of your Drive outside that folder. It only ever touches the one Etsy shop that authorized it. It sees which of your listings sell, to improve its tag and title suggestions; it does not read your buyers' names, addresses, messages or your payments. It does not sell or share your data with anyone for advertising. You can disconnect and have everything deleted by emailing karatasasimharun@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Listing Helper (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a listing tool for Etsy sellers, operated by Asım Harun Karataş, Alberta, Canada. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at karatasasimharun@gmail.com.

Listing Helper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Etsy, Inc.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the app needs in order to create listings in your own shop.

Given by you when you sign in

Your name and email address, received from Google Sign-In. This is how we recognise your account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

Given by you when you connect your shop

Your shop's authorization — we do not ask for and never receive your Etsy password or any Etsy API credentials of your own. You approve Listing Helper on Etsy's authorization page and Etsy issues us a token limited to the permissions below.
Your shop name and the product type you are listing (digital download or physical/print-on-demand).
An Etsy access token and refresh token, issued by Etsy to us after you approve the connection on Etsy's own authorization page, together with your shop ID.

Given by you while using the app

The Google Drive link to your design folder and the contents of that folder (PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP images). You share the folder with us as an Editor; we copy new designs from it and keep two subfolders inside your folder: designs waiting to be listed sit in Queue, designs published on Etsy in Listed.
Your settings, such as how many listings per day you want and whether the app is currently started or stopped.

Generated by the app while it works

Image fingerprints — a short mathematical hash of each design, kept so the same artwork is never listed twice. The hash cannot be turned back into an image.
Run records — timestamps of the last run, the number of designs waiting, success or failure status, and the identifiers of listings that were created.
Technical logs — ordinary server logs (request time, endpoint, error messages) used to diagnose problems. Credentials and tokens are never written to logs.

Google Drive access

Your designs stay in your own Google Drive. You grant us access not by signing in with your Google account, but by sharing a single folder: you add our service account address to that folder's sharing settings as an Editor. This means:

Our access is limited to that folder only. We cannot see or search the rest of your Drive — other folders, documents or photos.
The only change we make in your folder is organisation: we create two subfolders, Queue and Listed, and move your designs between them — waiting ones in Queue, successfully published ones in Listed — so you can see which designs are done from your own Drive. No file is ever deleted, renamed or altered in content, and you remain the owner of every file. (One exception: a Listelenenler folder we created earlier is renamed to Listed — that folder is ours, not one of your files.)
You can revoke access at any time without asking us: remove our address from the folder's sharing settings in Drive.
We keep a record on our side of which files we have taken (a list of file identifiers), so the same design is not taken twice.

What we never collect

Your Etsy password or your Google password.
Any part of your Google Drive other than the folder you share with us.
Your buyers' identities: their names, delivery addresses, messages or reviews. We have access to sales records but do not take these fields from them.
Payment card details, bank details or your Etsy payment account balance.
Any data belonging to a shop that has not authorized the app.

3. Etsy data and permissions

When you connect your shop, Etsy shows you the exact permissions being requested. We request these and nothing more:

`listings_r`	Read your existing listings to reuse your established settings and to avoid creating a duplicate.
`listings_w`	Create a new listing and upload its images and digital download files.
`listings_d`	Delete an incomplete listing that the app itself created after a failed run.
`shops_r`	Read your shipping profiles, return policies and shop sections.
`shops_w`	Place the listing in the correct shop section and attach its files.
`transactions_r`	See which of your listings sell, so that our tag and title suggestions follow your shop's real results instead of guesswork. This permission also covers order records; we read only which listing sold, when, how many and at what price. Buyer names, addresses and messages are neither read nor stored.

Every request the app makes to Etsy carries your token, and therefore reaches only your shop. Tokens are stored separately per seller and are never used across accounts. We request the minimum data the app needs to build your listings, and nothing beyond it.

Our role. For any personal information relating to Etsy members that we reach through the Etsy API, we act as a service provider to you, the seller. We process that data only to deliver the service described in these documents and in our Terms of Service, on your instructions, and for no purpose of our own. We do not retain Etsy content longer than is reasonably necessary to provide the service, and we do not use it for analytics, licensing, or to train any machine-learning or artificial intelligence model.

No Etsy data leaves for third parties. Data retrieved from the Etsy API is used only to build your listings and is never sent to any outside service. The only content sent to an external provider is the design file you uploaded — see the next section.

4. How we use it

To sign you in and show you your own dashboard, and nobody else's.
To connect to your Etsy shop and keep that connection valid by refreshing the token.
To prepare a listing from each design you upload — a suggested title, suggested tags, the images, and the download files where applicable — and to post it to your shop at the daily pace you selected.
To avoid listing the same design twice.
To show you status information, and to investigate problems you report.
To keep the service secure and within Etsy's API rate limits.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with other users, and we do not use your design files to train any model.

Our legal basis, where such a concept applies to you, is the performance of our agreement with you (running the service you asked for) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the app. They process data on our instructions only.

Provider	Purpose and data involved
Amazon Web Services United States	Hosting, file storage, database and the isolated containers that create your listings. Your design files, settings and tokens are stored here with server-side encryption.
Google Firebase Authentication	Sign-in only. Provides us your name, email address and a verified account identifier.
Google Drive API	To read the single folder you share with us and to sort your designs into the Queue and Listed subfolders inside it. We have no access to the rest of your Drive; no file is deleted or altered in content. Access ends the moment you remove the share.
Google (image-analysis API)	To suggest a title and tags, a reduced-size copy of the design image is sent to Google's image-analysis API, which returns a text description of what the image shows. No account details, tokens or personal data are sent with it. Google states that data sent to its paid API is not used to train its models.
Google Analytics United States	Site visit measurement: IP address, device/browser information and pages visited. Nothing tied to your account (name, email, shop, designs) is sent. Details: section 9 below.
Etsy, Inc.	The listings, images and files are sent to Etsy through the official Etsy Open API v3 in order to appear in your shop. Etsy's own privacy policy then applies to that data.

Because our infrastructure is in the United States, data you provide is transferred to and processed there. We may also disclose data if we are legally required to do so.

6. Where it is stored and how it is protected

All traffic between your browser, our servers and Etsy uses HTTPS.
Design files and settings are stored in cloud object storage with server-side encryption enabled.
Etsy tokens are written to encrypted server-side storage as soon as Etsy issues them. They are never returned to your browser and are never written to logs.
The server determines which account you are from your verified sign-in token, not from anything the page sends, so one account cannot request another account's data.
Each listing run happens in a short-lived isolated container that loads only your data and is destroyed when the run finishes.
Access to production systems is limited to the operator.

No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you at your registered email address without undue delay, and where Etsy member data reached through the Etsy API is or may be affected, we will also notify Etsy (dpo@etsy.com) within 24 hours of discovering it, as Etsy's API Terms of Use require.

7. How long we keep it

Data	Retention
Etsy access and refresh token	Until you disconnect the shop, revoke the app from your Etsy account, or ask us to delete your account — whichever comes first.
Design files	Moved to an archive folder once a listing has been created from them, and kept only so that a failed run can be retried. Deleted on request.
Image fingerprints	Kept while your account is active, because they are what prevents duplicate listings.
Account and settings	Kept while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
Technical logs	Retained for a short period for troubleshooting, then rotated out automatically.

8. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can, at any time:

Stop the app — press Stop in the dashboard. Nothing further is posted.
Revoke our access to Etsy — go to etsy.com/your/account/apps and remove Listing Helper. Our token stops working immediately.
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask for correction of anything inaccurate.
Ask for deletion of your account, your design files, your tokens and your records. Email karatasasimharun@gmail.com from your registered address and we will complete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Object or complain — if you are in a region with a data protection authority, you may lodge a complaint with it. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

9. Cookies and measurement

The app itself stores a sign-in session in your browser through Google Firebase Authentication; this is strictly necessary to keep you logged in and is cleared when you sign out. Your language preference (TR/EN) is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us.

This site also uses Google Analytics 4. We use it only to see how many people reach the site, which channel they came from, and whether they signed up. Google Analytics writes a cookie to your browser and sends your IP address, your device and browser information, and the pages you visit to Google. We do not send your name, your email address, your Etsy shop or your designs to Google Analytics. While we are running ads we link this measurement to our Google Ads account, solely to see which ad brought a sign-up. You can turn the measurement off with your browser's tracking-protection setting or with Google's opt-out add-on; turning it off does not affect how the app works.

10. Children

Listing Helper is a tool for Etsy sellers and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will email registered users before it takes effect.
